Spirit Guides are beings that are here to help guide you throughout your life. Although they know what is best for you, they can never force you to make a decision or do something you don’t want to do.

They are like that favorite aunt of yours who gave you great advice as a teen, but wasn’t your Mom so couldn’t really tell you what to do. You could pretty much take your aunts advice or ignore it all together, the same as the advice from your Guides.

Within this life you will have permanent Guides that come into your life at different times and stay with you always. You can also ask for Temporary Guides to help you out with specific tasks.

For example, are you starting a new fitness plan? Ask for a Guide that used to be a personal trainer when they were human. They can nudge you in ways that you never thought to achieve your goal.
