Not exactly. Readings are intended to give insight and information to the person receiving the reading. You may receive answers surrounding a decision you are making that involves someone else, but you cannot book an entire Akashic Record Reading (for example) using their information out of curiosity.

Spirit only allows us to know what is in our highest good and the highest good of others, so this is why we are sometimes not allowed access to certain information.

However, if you book an Akashic Record Reading with me and choose the option of adding a bonus question, we may be allowed access to your spouse’s or your child’s Energy Center of Training and/or Soul Group of Origin during that portion of the reading. Again, this information will only be given if Spirit deems it necessary. .

Readings are informative, helpful, and personal so I would suggest finding a quiet place to sit and relax before, during, and after your session. Come prepared with a pen and pad of paper to take notes, grab your favorite beverage, and get ready to learn about yourself on a soul level.

Feeling a little camera shy or did you just roll out of bed? No problem! Most appointments are done via Zoom or Skype where you can choose whether or not to use the video option.

Absolutely! I have clients all over the world. Please email me directly at shelly@shellyebeling.com and I will send you a payment request via PayPal right away. You will be able to use your local currency to pay, but please keep in mind that all prices listed are in U.S. dollars.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer discounts or trades for services. I do occasionally run sales, so please be sure to subscribe to my newsletter to be the first to know!

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your appointment so that someone on my waitlist can take that spot. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be refunded 50% of the reading fee, less any payment processing fees that may have occurred.

Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase. Should you request a refund with more than 48 hours notice, and before 60 days of purchase, you will be refunded in full, minus a $10 administrative fee to cover my payment processing costs.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please allow for a minimum of 24-hours notice. This will permit me to offer that time slot to another client. Of course, we are all human and life happens (just ask me!) so shoot me an email and we can figure it out.

Due to high demand, your rescheduled appointment may be a few weeks out.

Readings start promptly at their scheduled time. I am happy to wait up to 15 minutes after the appointed start time, but will consider the appointment ‘missed’ after 15 minutes. I am unable to offer refunds for missed appointments.

Also, technology is great, but not perfect. Please test your Skype before our scheduled appointment. It is important to have your microphone working, your status set to online, and not ‘invisible’ or ‘offline’ as this will make doing the reading via Skype impossible. If you are unable to get your Skype working (and checked) before our scheduled appointment, please email me as soon as possible and we can change your appointment to Zoom or I can call your phone.

Finally, I will call you at your scheduled appointment time. If you do not hear from me at that time, please check your e-mail as there may be a problem.

I sure do! Akashic Record Readings (without the bonus option) are available via email or recording. This option allows for more flexibility in your schedule and I can usually complete them several weeks sooner than a live appointment. Cord-Cutting sessions, Aura Clearings, and Intuitive Readings are not available in email or recorded formats.

No problem! I am happy to record the session for you. However, I cannot guarantee the quality of the recording or even that the recording will work. A recording of your session is secondary to the reading itself. Be sure to also bring a pen and paper to your session (if you’d like to take notes) in case the recording fails.

All information given is treated with 100% confidentiality. I will never share your persoanl information, the nature or details surrounding your reading/session or your email address. I also do not store or share your financial information. My clients are very important to me.
